Amy Carr has been a dedicated member of NTC since 1997. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Mansfield University in 1996, followed by her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Marywood University in 1997. Amy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Throughout her long tenure at NTC, she has contributed across numerous programs, bringing both clinical expertise and administrative leadership to the agency. Her extensive experience and commitment to the field have made her a trusted and valued professional within the organization.
