Geoff Gadow earned his bachelor’s degree from Carroll University in Waukesha, Wisconsin, and his master’s degree from Prescott University in Arizona. Throughout his career, he has provided therapy in a variety of settings; including residential treatment, wilderness therapy, community-based programs, and outpatient services. These diverse experiences have shaped his comprehensive and client-centered approach to mental health care.
As a Clinical Director for the past five years, Geoff has focused on fostering high-quality clinical services while supporting the growth and development of fellow clinicians. He believes that effective therapy is enhanced when clinicians are encouraged to develop their own authentic practice styles and bring their unique strengths to their work.
Geoff is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and Maine and became a Certified EMDR Therapist in 2025. His clinical philosophy is grounded in respect for client autonomy and the belief that each individual is the expert in their own life. He views therapy as a collaborative process that empowers clients to make meaningful choices and create lasting change according to their own values and goals.
Outside of his professional role, Geoff enjoys spending time in the woods and sharing adventures with his wife and daughter.
