With more than 35 years of experience in the Mental Health and Addictions fields. DeNault has built a reputation for driving innovation, fostering growth, and delivering sustainable business results.
Before joining Northern Tier Counseling, DeNault was owner and partner of a private practice called Lighthouse Counseling. Throughout his career, he successfully led initiatives in management, government relations, and market expansion.
Under Denault’s leadership, Northern Tier Counseling has achieved significant milestones, including program expansions, growth into four rural counties, and numerous offices across the North Central area of Pennsylvania. NTC’s leadership team is passionate about building high-performing teams, creating value for customers, and advancing the company’s mission.
DeNault is a licensed professional counselor who continues to serve the community through the organization’s charitable events and outreach efforts.
